Appointments

Bookings are held for the time shown. Turn up on time. If you’re running late, call 07474530978 — we may need to shorten the service or rebook so the next client isn’t pushed.

Cancellation / reschedule

Cancel or move online via the link in your confirmation up to 4 hours before. Inside that window, call the shop — we can’t always free the slot online.

No-shows

Missed appointments without notice may mean we ask for a deposit on future bookings. Repeat no-shows may be refused.

Payment

Pay in shop after your service. Card and cash usually fine — ask if unsure. Online card pay may come later.

Children

Children’s cuts are for under-12s and need a parent or guardian present.

Walk-ins

Welcome if a chair is free. Appointments get priority when we’re busy.
