ST4 Grooming (“we”) at 76 Victoria Road, Fenton, Stoke-on-Trent ST4 2JX is the data controller for booking and contact data.

What we collect

• Name, email, mobile number
• Appointment details and optional notes
• How you found us (optional)
• Consent choices for email and SMS reminders

Why we use it

To run your booking, send confirmations and reminders you opted into, and manage the shop diary. Legal bases: contract (booking) and consent (marketing-style reminders / SMS).

SMS & email consent

We never send SMS without a separate, unticked-by-default opt-in on the booking form. Email reminders also need an explicit tick. You can withdraw consent by contacting us or cancelling via your manage link.

Processors

We may use hosting (Vercel), database (Supabase), email (Resend) and SMS (Twilio) providers under appropriate agreements.

Retention & rights

Booking records are kept as needed for the business and legal retention. You can request access, correction, deletion or restriction by emailing ranjomer255@gmail.com. You may complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).
